First visit

At Arnold Dental Arts, LLC, we believe your first-visit may be the most important interactive encounter we can have with you! This is a time when we get to meet you and learn about you as a patient and an individual. We want to know about your concerns, in terms of your craniofacial health, as well as your desires for the future. Traditionally, patients have been used to arriving at a new office to receive a quick exam, cavity detecting x-rays, and a polish of their teeth. We believe that this “cookie cutter,” “get ‘em in and get ‘em out” approach to dentistry is truly of little benefit towards overall patient care. We will perform a comprehensive examination of your craniofacial region, take any necessary radiographs and photographs that would aid in our diagnosis, and then develop a comprehensive and personalized treatment plan to meet your needs. If you have recently had x-rays taken, please bring those with you for our review. In this section you will find forms that you can download, print, and fill out prior to your appointment. We appreciate the receipt of these documents prior to your appointment as this will speed-up your check-in process. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation!
